Orders placed on weekends, holidays or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery is attempted on working days. If unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made.
If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be available for collection at the carrier’s office for 7 days.
After this period, it will be returned and refunded according to standard return conditions.

Shipping available to mainland Spain, mainland Portugal and the Balearic Islands.
We currently do not ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Portuguese islands.
