The General Purchase Conditions regulate the online retail service for products under the VTR trademark, available through the website www.vtrshoes.com.
By purchasing products through the Website, you acquire the status of customer and agree to these conditions. CALZADOS NUEVO MILENIO SL, located at C/ Doctor Ildefonso Zubia, 3 – Parque Empresarial La Maja, 26580 Arnedo, La Rioja, Spain, with Tax ID B26287037, email hello@vtrshoes.com, and telephone +34 941 152 910, is the service provider.
The company is registered in the Commercial Registry of La Rioja (Vol. 446, Folio 124, Sheet LO-6390). Customer service is available Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00, Fridays from 08:00 to 15:00, and during July and August from 08:00 to 15:00.
Use of the Website implies full acceptance of these General Purchase Conditions, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy. Users must be of legal age, provide truthful information, and use the Website only for lawful purposes. CALZADOS NUEVO MILENIO SL reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or false orders.
The online store is intended for end consumers only, and wholesale buyers, distributors, or intermediaries are excluded. Products are available in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal (mainland), France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands. Resale of purchased items is strictly prohibited.
Each product listing on the Website includes a reference, images, description, sizes, price including taxes, and shipping costs. Product colors may vary depending on screen settings, availability is updated in real time, and items in the cart are not reserved.
Customers may register or purchase as guests, select the product and size, add it to the cart, review and confirm their purchase, and pay using credit or debit cards through a secure SSL connection or PayPal. An order confirmation is sent by email, and all orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT. Additional costs, such as customs duties, are not included, and prices may change except for confirmed orders. Estimated delivery times are 2–3 working days for Spain and Portugal, and 5–6 working days for other European countries. Orders are processed on working days only. Delivery is not available to PO boxes, and two delivery attempts will be made. Delays due to force majeure may occur, and orders may be returned if delivery repeatedly fails.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with one free return per order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging, and refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Customers have 30 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without justification, and refunds are processed within 14 days of notification and receipt of the product, sent to C/ Doctor Ildefonso Zubia, 3 – Arnedo, La Rioja, Spain. Products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee under Spanish law.
CALZADOS NUEVO MILENIO SL is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages, business losses, or delays due to force majeure. All Website content is owned or licensed by CALZADOS NUEVO MILENIO SL, and unauthorized use is prohibited.
Users must not introduce viruses or malicious software or attempt unauthorized access, with violations potentially leading to legal action. The Website may include third-party links, for which CALZADOS NUEVO MILENIO SL is not responsible.
Communications will be made electronically via email or website notices. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver, and invalid clauses do not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
These General Purchase Conditions constitute the full agreement between the parties. CALZADOS NUEVO MILENIO SL may modify these conditions at any time. The company may assign rights and obligations, while customers may not do so without consent.
